| Abstract: | Abstract: The present work on curricular integration entitled Academic preferences of the Law students and their connection with the Development Goals Sustainable Development (SDG) through the study of sentences briefly analyzes the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on all of them, on SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions), generating a relationship and subsequent comparison between this ODS and ruling No. 205-16-SEP-CC Case No. 0672-13-EP, which fits mention, both are primary topics and the reason for study of this work. The objective of this investigation is to expose through the use of the sentence before mentioned if, within it, SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions). To this end, legal and doctrinal relationships were implemented to support the facts. and sections that are announced, in the same way a relationship was established between the SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions), with criminal law. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de integración curricular titulado Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias analiza de manera breve a los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, centrándonos de todos ellos, en el ODS 16 (Paz, Justicia e Instituciones Sólidas), generando una relación y posterior comparación entre este ODS y la sentencia No. 205-16-SEP-CC Caso No. 0672-13-EP, que cabe mencionar, ambos son temas primordiales y motivo de estudio del presente trabajo. El objetivo de esta investigación es exponer mediante el uso de la sentencia antes mencionada si, dentro de la misma se está cumpliendo a cabalidad con el ODS 16 (Paz, Justicia e Instituciones Sólidas). Para ello, se implementaron relaciones jurídicas y doctrinarias que respalden los hechos y apartados que se anuncian, de igual manera se estableció una relación entre el ODS 16 (Paz, Justicia e Instituciones Sólidas), con el derecho penal. |
