Abstract

Abstract: The thesis topic of this research is, Characterization of the competencies professionals of the Ecuadorian early childhood educator , this work was carried out because First of all, education is very important for an entire society, even more so in boys and girls at the initial and high school level, thus the objective of this work was oriented towards Identify the main professional competencies of education teachers infant and first grade; for the construction of an intervention proposal pedagogy that allows improvement in their educational practice. In addition to the formulation of research questions, which were established in order to have a significant contribution to what was desired to be obtained, it is important to emphasize that the research had a quantitative approach, the survey technique and the instrument of the questionnaire that was taken from ten teachers, the results concluded that although the Teachers have important skills for the development of their professional life It is essential to continue updating knowledge in order to be able to carry out teaching according to the different needs required in educational institutions.
