Abstract

Abstract: The present research work on academic preferences of the students of the Law degree, was linked to Sustainable Development Goal number 16 through the study of a sentence. To carry out this research, the systematic method was used, exegetical, analysis and synthesis. The sentence studied is an extraordinary action of protection in civil matters, was filed by María Teresa Rivera Balverde against one of the two contested orders that were issued by the judge of the Judicial Unit of Family, Women, Children and Adolescents based in the Ibarra Canton, within a process of divorce, by determining that the right to effective judicial protection was violated in the component of the right to receive a response, because the abandonment was declared without the impulse procedural responsibility is the responsibility of the parties, but of the judicial authority. Therefore, the Court Constitutional Court accepted the extraordinary protection action, consequently, the violation of the constitutional right of María Teresa Rivera Balverde to judicial protection effective, as established by the Constitution.
