They accuse ENSA of electoral violation of dissemination of political or electoral propaganda, paid or free, ordered by persons other than the National Electoral Council and publish a opinion tending to direct an electoral preference within the period of electoral silence. He case was ruled inadmissible by the Contentious Electoral Court; the plenary session of Contentious Electoral Court revokes the sentence and declares responsibility for infringement electoral to ENSA; The case ends with Ruling of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, No. 1651-12-EPEl/20 in favor of ENSA. The sentence was related to SDG 16 PEACE JUSTICE AND SOLID INSTITUTIONS.
