Abstract

Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goal is a series of global goals established by the United Nations in order to address social, economic, environmental challenges, inequality, among others. Thus, SDG 16 is chosen in this research work in which we will learn about legal aspects that consolidate said SDG. Therefore, it is important to address constitutional legal institutions that, through their provisions, seek to establish a State of Rights in the case of our country. Therefore, we highlight what article 76, paragraph 7 literal l) of the Constitution mentions regarding the fact that the resolutions of the public powers must be motivated. SDG 16 revolves around three precepts, these are peace, justice and strong institutions, which are incorporated into human rights. So, SDG 16 are part of international development in the Charter of the United Nations and in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as an indispensable budget for the construction of peace worldwide.
