Abstract

Abstract: The investigation focuses on the analysis of Sentence No. 2533-16-EP/21 of the Court Constitution of Ecuador and its relationship with the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16, which seeks to promote peaceful and inclusive societies, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions. The The structure of the research is divided into four chapters, each addressing a important aspect of the study. The research methodology included the analysis documentary of the sentence. This approach allowed for a rigorous and systematic examination of the sentence, ensuring that the results were valid and reliable. The token information and analysis sheet provided a detailed summary and examination critic of the sentence, respectively. The research results showed that Judgment No. 2533-16-EP/21 represents significant progress in the strengthening the justice administration system in Ecuador. By guaranteeing the due process and adequate motivation in judicial decisions, the Court Constitutional strengthens transparency and accountability in the judicial system. This, in turn, promotes public confidence in judicial institutions and contributes to the construction of solid and effective institutions, in line with SDG 16.
