Abstract

Abstract: The present research adopted a systematic, theoretical-deductive and sociolegal, focusing its analysis on jurisprudence, regulations and doctrines to understand the interaction between Law and social and economic phenomena. HE used methods of analysis and synthesis for the exhaustive examination of a sentence and its motivation, as well as the interpretive method to contribute to referent indicators to the progress of the Sustainable Development Goals, with special attention to the SDG 16. Characterized by its exploratory and projective legal nature, research delved into previous perspectives and formulated predictions based on premises currently in force. He specifically focused on Case No. 202-19-JH, Review of Guarantees (JP) Poverty, institutional care and habeas corpus issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. For this, signing techniques were used and the meticulous study of the aforementioned sentence. Two information sheets were compiled with the purpose of collecting data on perceptions, their acquired skills, and other factors, thus facilitating the obtaining of qualitative and quantitative indicators.
