Abstract: This document is prepared to carry out the necessary research to determine the Development of a platform prototype that allows the publication of offers by catalog of products and services belonging to microenterprises in the IT sector in the city of Zaruma, through technologies for mobile development" is structured in four key chapters. Chapter One focuses on the theoretical foundation, exploring the Research background and theoretical bases of web technology such as Java, IDE Android Studio, JavaScript, MySQL, and the Scrum methodology. Chapter Two describes the hardware and software architecture, ranging from the general architecture to the interconnection of devices and the platform proposal. Chapter Three details the design of the proposal, from the specification of requirements, both functional and non-functional, until the previous phase of Sprint 0, the design of the database, and the mockups of user interfaces. Finally, Chapter Four covers the implementation of the prototype through five sprints, describing the methodology and techniques used in each stage. This thesis represents a significant contribution to the promotion and support of micro-businesses in the computer sector in Zaruma, offering a modern and effective for the publication of offers of products and services, using the most recent and suitable for mobile development.
