Uso de los bienes patrimoniales con fines turísticos en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Loja, sector noroccidente

Abstract

Nowadays, the patrimonial resources like naturals and culturals have diversified and developed giving several touristic modalities among them, the cultural tourism that includes the visit to different cities, in which they preserve a tourist attraction. In Loja city there is a great diversity of cultural heritage in which they keep a richness of traditions, customs, legends and gastronomy, but the problem is the lack of support and the preservation of these goods by owners, national and local government. We believe that they are losing the opportunity to generate incomes. In this context, there is the opportunity to show our cultural heritage in the mentioned city doing an investigative work in which it allows us to register the information of the area conditions through our work facilitating the location and the actual description of the goods, to select the most important of them. This work shows the proposals which help to potentiate the local tourism and it will attract national and international visitors
