Diseño y propuesta de implementación de mapa de riesgos, plan de mitigación y auditoría basada en riesgos para el área técnica y deportiva de la Federación Deportiva de Imbabura de la ciudad de Ibarra por el período 2016¨

Abstract

The present work was made to the Sports Federation of Imbabura, corresponding to the period 2016, for which they selected their mission area, sports activity as added value for their representation to the province in the national youth games, diagnosed the different actions, Methods, processes and techniques that the department's staff execute to locate the province in the best seats in the country.

The objective is, first of all, to base the contents of the theoretical categories that are important part on the subject to investigation of the institution, with this particular to realize the global diagnosis of the Sport Federation of Imbabura, to identify the objectives proposed in the Which are directly related to the most important area of the institution, such as the technical area of sport, objectives that allow identifying and assessing the risks to which the institution is subject, with this knowledge to develop a proposal of the risk map that determines the Development of a mitigation matrix for the indicated area that allows the risks to be minimized or eliminated.

Finally, a risk map and the corresponding mitigation plan, useful for the sports area, could also be used for related areas and risk assessment independently, so the risk map will be transformed into a basic working tool in favor of achieving favorable results.
