Abstract

This research Socio - Legal, aims to provide new useful and effective tools in the Ecuadorian legal field to know the reality of professional free exercise of the profession in the constitutional culture, adding qualitative and quantitative elements in the population, academic, political and implementation of the inherent rights as constituent elements of the human person; because in our country there is a culture of respect for dignity and human rights, which means that we are not yet ready to live in a Constitutional State of Rights and Justice. This research is organized to facilitate understanding in three chapters. The first chapter, -epistemológica theoretical foundation of research, description of reference epistemological approach. In this space, we will broadly define the legal institutions involved, it’s scope and its transformations. The second chapter describes the methodology used in the research; the methods used, the types of research, population, samples and instruments handled in gathering information. The third chapter describes conclusions and recommendations
