dc.description	Resumen: La presente investigación detalla los aspectos legales inherentes al método de reproducción asistida de maternidad subrogada, determinándose el actual vacío legal existente dada la inexistencia de las pautas legales a ser seguidas en el contrato de dicho método de reproducción, señalándose como una necesidad inmediata dada la demanda del método de reproducción asistida de maternidad subrogada que se establezcan en el Código Civil los elementos legales que garanticen el cumplimiento de las obligaciones y derechos de las partes contratadas y contratantes, así como que aseguren el cumplimiento pleno de la normativa legal establecida en la Constitución de la República con respecto al derecho a la salud y derecho del niño desde el momento de la concepción.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: The present investigation details the legal aspects inherent in the method of assisted reproduction of surrogate maternity, determining the current legal vacuum existing given the absence of legal guidelines to be followed in the contract of said method of reproduction, being indicated as an immediate need given the demand Of the method of assisted reproductive surrogacy that are established in the Civil Code the legal elements that guarantee the fulfillment of the obligations and rights of contracted parties and contractors, as well as to ensure full compliance with the legal regulations established in the Constitution of The Republic with respect to the right to health and the right of the child from the moment of conception.	es_ES
