Abstract: The current research was realized in the South Orient of Ecuador, province of Zamora, Mining District, Condominium Section. This research was done with the purpose of determining the factor E-ORG (Gold recoverable Gravimetry) the material that comes from the AP miners District of Nambija, North Condominium. The concentrator Knelson (KC-MD3) was used for the metallurgical test, this equipment is used to determine the recovery of several types of minerals, Gold in this case. This material was prepared for this, grinding and crushing mineralogical analysis, granularity analysis, chemical analysis and the metallurgical test that was done in three stages of grinding and sequential concentration, these parameters which should be taken in consideration in the test are the base flow feed (3.5 l/m), water pressure (1 PSI), and the rotation force (60 Gs) The material that was analyzed through the metallurgical tests belong to a skarn with a specific weight equivalent to 2.78 g/cm2 with a mineralogy granite predominant of quartz and calcite. The result of the ORG test is the head law 2.64 (ppm) was reported with an average value of between two tests resulted in 74.24 %of gold recovery under the same conditions of operation (5min Stage 1=499 um, 16 min Stage 2=129 um, 28 min Stage 3=84 um).
Description: El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en el Sur Oriente del Ecuador, Provincia de Zamora, Distrito Minero Nambija, Sector Condominio Norte.
