Abstract

Abstract: The present assignment aims to determine the Management of Social Responsibility in SMEs in Ecuador 2017. Case of Learning Cooperative Padre Julian Lorente; starting that to remain a profitable organization, it must adapt to the demands of the current market, where there is a society increasingly educated in social and environmental issues. In order to accomplish this thesis we have deepened the study with theoretical basis, analysis of the information provided by the stakeholders; application of the Ethos questionnaire; comparison of the results obtained by the administrator and the stakeholders, which they were prioritized. It is concluded that the Cooperativa de ahorro y crédito Padre Julián Lorente, having his vision, mission and clear institutional values to be part of a socially responsible organization, it has to unify his ideas and has a follow up where they can evaluate their results, which is why the proposal to implement the MSR department that will be in charge of directing the activities and verify that they are knowingly fulfilled that being socially responsible benefits to all.
