Uso de los bienes patrimoniales con fines turísticos y propuesta de actividades turísticas en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Cuenca, sector Noroeste periodo 2016 2017

Abstract

The preservation and conservation of heritage depend not only on institutional norms but also on the implementation of multidisciplinary cultural projects that consider tourism as a transversal axis for its dissemination. For tourism, the potential use of heritage resources determines the opening of new tourist horizons that use culture and heritage. It has been important to consider different definitions that determine a broad analysis of the terms culture, tradition, memory, and identity, considered in project. The various studies that have emerged have been of great critical and theoretical contribution to the new clashes of progress. A spatial analysis of the Historic Center of the city of Cuenca is carried out. Therefore, the urban, social, cultural and economic diagnoses of this territory are considered for the identification of the specific area of study. The immediate environment of the project is analyzed in all its dimensions. Details the study of zone 2, the same that has been determined as the referential zone to intervene. The data obtained from the surveys are analyzed together with the description of the project (economic aspects, factors, infrastructure, etc.).
