Análisis de rentabilidad de la producción agrícola de pequeños productores rurales. Caso caña de azúcar y sus derivados en la parroquia Malacatos

Abstract

The present work of investigation is centred on the agricultural production of small rural producers. I marry sugar cane and his derivatives in the parish Malacatos, having as aim determine the financial profitability and the costs of production of the sugar cane and his derivatives. The study I allow to know if the business will be good or bad and in what conditions it is necessary to to develop in order that this one is successful, by means of flows of cash the income, costs and expenses will be evaluated knowing the profitability and in what time the cañicultor will recover his investment, using financial indicators since VAN, TIR, RCB, PE, ROA, ROE. The lack of support decided on the part of the State in what concerns training and credit, as well as the precarious conditions for the commercialization and creation of just prices for his production, one concluded, that the brave income is low to cover costs that the investment generates, being the least profitable option the distillation of alcohol and the most profitable option the cane in foot of agreement to the financial indicators applied for this investigation.
