Estudio socio-jurídico de los abogados en libre ejercicio profesional. El caso ecuatoriano.

Abstract

The purpose of the present career´s end work is to know the social and legal situation in which lawyers develop in the free exercise of the profession in Ecuador, to be able to sensitize people about their current management and analyze the aspects that affect the optimal professional development of them. In order to know more about this subject and to understand the reality of the environment in which they perform daily, we used the technique of the survey and the interview as a methodological tool for research. The information gathered on the basis of the criteria provided by lawyers in free professional practice allowed to detect the failures that afflict them so that they can be corrected and at the same time improve and enhance the events that benefit them and help them to effectively perform their arduous work which is to advocate for the most needy and always watch over the fulfillment of justice.
