Abstract

A thorough analysis of the lawyer has been developed, who for his performance, needs to go a long way of preparation in the different universities of our country that have this affable career, preparation that grants him a qualifying title once he has fulfilled the established parameters. Within our legislation, the lawyer as an active collaborator of justice, is the person who will legally defend one of the parties that are in some type of litigation, therefore it is necessary to be aware of the different reforms that arise and thus be able to apply them at the moment you have the defense of a case assigned to your person, maintaining first of all the principles of professional ethics, transparency and responsibility in developing your work. The lawyer will be exposed to a number of litigation of people of different social classes, and this is not what you should do without choosing a case, what is important is that with your knowledge you can defend your represented in the best way.
