dc.description	Resumen: Los abogados en libre ejercicio en Ecuador se enfrentan al desprestigio ante sus clientes, en algunos casos, han sido objeto de sanciones debido a la negativa de rendir cuentas a sus contratantes y al uso indebido de los fondos que se les entrega para el proceso de defensa. El tema Estudio socio jurídico de los abogados en libre ejercicio profesional. El caso ecuatoriano ; tiene como objetivo analizar las instituciones y disposiciones cognitivas que definen el subcampo de los abogados en libre ejercicio profesional dentro del campo jurídico ecuatoriano. La investigación es cualitativa y cuantitativa, se emplearon los métodos analítico, sintético, inductivo, deductivo, descriptivo; se utilizó la técnica bibliográfica y de campo, se aplicaron encuestas a 35 abogados de libre ejercicio. Se concluye que el 68.6% de abogados de libre ejercicio son hombres, la mayoría están entre los 31-50 años, mayoritariamente poseen título de tercer nivel, tendencia ideológica izquierdista, el 91.4% no se encuentran afiliados a ningún partido político, el 80% están en desacuerdo con la pena de muerte y el 94,3% consideran inconstitucional el matrimonio entre parejas del mismo sexo.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: The lawyers in free exercise in Ecuador face the discredit to their clients, in some cases, have been subject to sanctions due to the refusal to be accountable to their contractors and to the misuse of the funds that are given to them for the defense process. The theme "Socio - legal study of lawyers in free professional practice. The Ecuadorian case "; Aims to analyze the institutions and cognitive dispositions that define the subfield of lawyers in free professional practice within the Ecuadorian legal field. The research is qualitative and quantitative, using analytical, synthetic, inductive, deductive, descriptive methods; We used the bibliographical and field technique, we applied surveys to 35 lawyers of free exercise. It is concluded that 68.6% of free exercise lawyers are men, the majority are between 31-50 years old, mostly third-level title, leftist ideological tendency, 91.4% are not affiliated to any political party, 80% Are in disagreement with the death penalty and 94.3% consider marriage between same-sex couples unconstitutional.	es_ES
