La regulación estatal del sistema de educación superior para garantizar el ejercicio responsable de la autonomía Universitaria en el Ecuador

Abstract

The present work aims to study the origin of state regulation in the exercise of university autonomy as a constitutional principle in our country; for this purpose a brief tour content mainly determine the relationship between the University and the State since its inception, is conceptualized to university autonomy and its development is identified in comparative law in Latin America, both constitutional and legally becomes highlighting the main events that marked his progress.

This work contains a clear link to the Constitutional and Public Law, as well as the benchmark analysis of the constitutions of several countries in Latin America regarding university autonomy, this subject is studied as a principle that emanated the Ecuadorian Constitution, I see developed in the laws and other regulations issued by regulatory bodies state System of Higher Education for ensuring their application.
