dc.description.abstract	Abstract: The present research work constitutes an academic contribution of great importance on the Theory of the Case in the crime of embezzlement by appropriation; exposing and explaining concepts necessary for its elaboration and support, either from the role of the prosecutor or defense attorney, both of which when exposed before a judge or court of justice must be consistent with the legal dogmatics and the investigated facts, for which reason it has been endowed this work with an analysis of the Theory of the Case and the Theory of Crime.	es_ES
