Abstract

Abstract: Through research, we can analyze the information and communication within the administration of justice, because in recent years has incorporated information technology, same as used to save time in terms of the criminal matter in which is focused research and users seeking greater efficiency in addressing its causes. This has led to perform all types of research to learn more about the criminal proceedings CUBA and Ecuador, with the use of information technology as evidence in the commission and Judgment or withdrawal of a criminal offense, with the implementation of these technological tools we find the degree of complication in discovering authors, accomplices and accessories in the criminal offenses falling times in connection with an investigation that does not use these technological advances.
