dc.description	Resumen: Mi trabajo de investigación jurídica, se origina en el papel protagónico del fiscal dentro del sistema acusatorio; y, por las dificultades logísticas que éste debe sobrellevar para desempeñar su rol dentro del proceso penal. Mi estudio se centra al aspecto teórico, jurídico, histórico, doctrinario, de campo y comparado de la problemática descrita; argumentando con lógica jurídica, el papel protagónico del fiscal en el sistema acusatorio oral. Concluyendo con argumentos bien definidos y una propuesta a corto plazo donde se involucra al Estado, a la función judicial y a la ciudadanía en general, para que apoyen y fortalezcan la fiscalía general del Estado, como titular de la acción penal y representante de la sociedad.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: My job legal research, originates in the title role of the prosecutor within the adversarial system, and on the logistical difficulties to overcome it must play its role in the criminal process. My study focuses the theoretical, legal, historical, doctrinal, and comparative country aspect of the problems described, arguing with legal logic, the title role of the Public Prosecutor in the Oral adversarial system. Concluding arguments with well-defined and short-term proposal where the state is involved, the judiciary and the public in general, to support and strengthen the State Attorney General, as head of the criminal action and representative of the society.	es_ES
