La prueba y las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en el proceso penal en Suecia

Abstract

It has been consolidated the idea already for time that the trials are won or they get lost for the tests. And indeed, the present work investigative search to be a contribution that allows to understand the use of the TIC´s appropriately inside the Ecuadorian penal process, leaving of considering that the computer supports, recordings among others are technical systems that it allows the perception for the Tribunal, being important to apply in the artificial area the new technologies; as well as, to outline a recognition in the Ecuadorian legislation to favor thoroughly to the procedural parts, also with the purpose of that takes advantage the technological advances to those that it is involved society is.

Grateful the benefits of either using the TIC´s audiovisual recordings, you photograph, etc. inside the juridical processes favors to the principles of velocity, effectiveness, efficiency among others to the moment to administer justice. Finally a new test modality is introduced when reaching a central paper, the determination of the validity of the test inside all judicial war.
