Abstract

Abstract: This research work arises from the need to bring new ideas to the current applicable legislation, to facilitate the application process and provide the judicial system based on the principles of orality and celerity. For ordinary suits reforms are urgent, given that these courts is where the highest concentration of processes, so that the rules must be reformed to directly apply orality and thus get an administration that ensures the user legal certainty which requires of its judicial system. He proceeded to apply the inductive method - deductive, and the technique interview with judges Civil; and the survey of Attorneys' Association in free practice. The opinion and the results have been the basis to support the development of a critical legal analysis document, which has given way to a Bill Reformatory the Code of Civil Procedure on the procedure in ordinary suits.
