Necesidades de formación de los docentes de bachillerato. Estudio realizado en el Colegio Nacional “Amazonas” año lectivo 2016-2017

Abstract

The research paper presented with the topic "Training needs of teachers of high school" held at the National College of Amazonas, belonging to the Canton Quito, province of Pichincha, teaching period 2016 - 2017, aims to determine the actual training needs of the teachers of baccalaureate in that institution. This work consists of an extensive bibliographical and field research concerning the training needs of teachers. Within the methodology was used the survey technique, the instrument applied was the questionnaire and the sample size are 10 teachers, belonging to the area of physics and mathematics. At the conclusion of the research, it was possible to show that there is a deficiency in training, evidencing the need to improve the knowledge related to their pedagogical practice and how to integrate them, towards the construction of knowledge and the human development of their students. communication between teachers and educational authorities to promote lifelong learning. This research allows to know the needs that teachers actually have in their educational and social work
