Propuesta de intervención para mejorar el clima de aula en el séptimo grado de Educación General Básica de la Escuela Fiscomisional Mercedaria Patria, ciudad de Quito, año lectivo 2016-2017

Abstract

The research on Intervention to improve the classroom climate in the seventh grade of General Basic Education of the School Fiscomisional Mercedaria Patria, in the city Quito, academic year 2016-2017, was conducted with the purpose of "Assessing the classroom social school climate" For the collection of information the survey technique and documentary review was used, the results obtained through the analysis of the information identified the need to design an intervention plan with the purpose of improving the school environment, giving priority to the organization, clarity and control in the classroom. The study shows that there is no alternative to optimize the school social climate, generating a negative impact of certain variables on teacher performance and limiting the achievement of educational objectives with students. Given the situation described, it is recommended to implement training strategies and teacher updates.
