Evaluación de los resultados obtenidos en la ejecución del proyecto de inversión: Creación de la Universidad Nacional de Educación en Azogues, Cañar, con la finalidad de ajustar cambios estratégicos y operativos en coherencia con la prospectiva estratégica institucional

Abstract

The present titling work consists in carrying out a comparative evaluation of the results obtained so far in terms of the execution of the public investment project called: "Creation of the National University of Education in Azogues, Cañar"; with reference to the conceptual planning of it. The purpose of this analysis is to demonstrate the need for adjustments and updates that have had to be contributed to the project in reference to its institutional perspective. We perform a historical analysis from where the background of the project is reviewed, contextualizing the moment of its creation, referring the perspective of the author of it; its evolution is analyzed from the different perspectives of the executors, as well as the changes and adjustments made. A comparative review of the results of the project is carried out against what was planned, noting that the project has not yet been completed, also noting the changes in guiding elements to which the project must be aligned in order to maintain coherence with the changes in perspectives among the executing institutions of the project in question, during the time and the strategic adjustment defined by UNAE to the scope that seeks to achieve the transformation of education. We conclude with the results of the project update, the changes that are evident in the project considering its initial planning, and the new execution schedules that allow, with the new projection, to optimize the project and facilitate its execution until its successful conclusion
