Espacios públicos una oportunidad para el desarrollo sostenible en la parroquia Cojimíes

Abstract

In the current thesis report is proposed the potential of the referred public areas to the natural environment has the Cojimies Parish with a view to promote the touristic and economic activation from the place. Cojimies is located in the north from the coasal zone of the country, it is a location of the great natural potentialities such as the richness of the soil, water sources, mangrove, forests, variety of flora and fauna, component of the natural environment that allow the development of the territory through the usage. The study location present deficiencies in the referred to the territorial planning, however, allows to act strategically to routed a suitable advance with the linking of their potentialities and use of existing infraestructures. To face the problem to realize a baseline study of the territory that allow the oriented strategies formulation to a conception more real to the location be analysis, be project a sustainable territory in attention of the exploitation of the natural environment like public places, the activation source of the coastal strip, water resource and wooded area.
