Abstract: Considering that there are not many publications within the area of Legal Sociology, there is a vacuum to get a closer look at the situational reality of the Law Professional within the country, this knowledge should not be only of the effects in the social sphere as a body of Impact but also of the informative feedback that the Society itself accumulates around the Lawyers, and this will establish the ideal guidelines that is needed to achieve a Social-Professional balance. To get this, a series of direct surveys have been applied that reveal from the beginnings of teacher training, passing through University experiences and ending already in itself on the knowledge of the legal technique from the same application in its exercise in the Civil, Labor, Criminal, etc. And ending in the Constitutional. In order to arrive at a situational diagnosis of the educational and labor realities, in order to achieve all the effective opportunities with which the Lawyers should count in an ideal way, in order to arrive at a point of balance of the social and legal reality acting simultaneously.
