dc.description	Resumen: El objetivo de este trabajo investigativo es analizar y conocer la situación socio-jurídica de los abogados en libre ejercicio profesional, y conocer la realidad sobre la cual se desenvuelve el abogado a nivel nacional. En términos generales, puede decirse que no existe a ciencia cierta un estudio a profundidad sobre este tema en Ecuador y por eso la presente investigación se limita a dos puntos: el primero la teoría conceptual básica a nivel general y, la segunda en base a la información recopilada por medio de la encuesta aplicada en forma directa a 35 profesionales del derecho en libre ejercicio profesional. Se aspira cubrir parte de ese vacío mediante un análisis jurídico-personal, con la finalidad de determinar las limitaciones que existen en el desarrollo de su profesión, además de determinar los cambios profundos que están experimentando los abogados en la actualidad.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: The objective of this investigative work is to analyze and know the "socio-legal situation of lawyers in free professional practice", and to know the reality on which the lawyer operates at a national level. In general terms, it can be said that an in-depth study on this subject in Ecuador does not exist for sure and therefore the present investigation is limited to two points: the first the basic conceptual theory at a general level and the second based on the information collected through the survey applied directly to 35 professionals of the law in free professional practice. It is hoped to cover part of this gap through a legal-personal analysis, in order to determine the limitations that exist in the development of their profession, in addition to determining the profound changes that are currently experiencing lawyers.	es_ES
