Abstract

The research is carried out in the CACPE Zamora Savings and Credit Cooperative, which is carrying out financial operations with economic resources of the partners, which by the year 2016 are 21,726 who need to have adequate attention and efficiency when carrying out financial activities. Through the Balance Score Card, it is determined that it is necessary to improve the administrative processes, capable of providing better attention to the partners. Analyzing the results obtained in the search to improve attention in CACPE Zamora, establishes the need to carry out a management model by processes that describe the activities that are developed with the maximum time that each task should last, for which different investigative methods will be used, as instruments of data collection that made possible the development of the research, among the recommendations is the establishment and application of the management model to achieve a coordinated work between the different departments of the CACPE Savings and Credit Cooperative Zamora and in this way provide better service to members.
