Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze the practices of Corporate Social Responsibility in private clinics in the city of Loja, in order to know if these adequately met and if their application has contributed to the development of the organization; results that are reflected in the satisfaction and social, economic and environmental well-being of the locality, being these factors the raison d'etre of said practices. The development of the study is within a qualitative-quantitative approach, whose analysis of results and conclusions is based on qualitative information, which was collected from the seventeen private clinics existing in the city of Loja. With the application of the ETHOS indicators, it is evident that the institutions that make up the private health sector present a level of compliance of these practices of 1.68 out of 2 points, demonstrated that they are acceptably fulfilling their role in the economic, social and economic spheres. environmental That is why we propose a design of a corporate social responsibility model for private clinics in the city of Loja.
