Implementación de estrategias socialmente responsables para la gestión administrativa en las asociaciones agroproductivas del Ecuador, año 2017. Caso de estudio: Asociación de productores de la finca integral San Jorge Asofingral

Abstract

The present investigation was developed in the Association of producers of the integral farm "San Jorge ASOFINGRAL, with the aim of carrying out an analysis of the practices of Corporate Social Responsibility that the association is currently executing, in relation to its administrative management, and later proposing the implementation of new strategies with a social responsibility approach for its administrative management. The proposal was made based on a diagnosis of the administrative management of the association, for this purpose, it carried out surveys to the partners and interviewed the directors of the same, through the application of the VEO tool that through the analysis of five parameters, Human Development, Business and services, Management and administration, Heritage and, Democracy and participation, determines the diagnosis of the organization, and through this a proposal was established that allows the strengthening of the producer organization. In this way, new social responsibility strategies could be established for this association, with the aim of improving its management, being competent in the market and contributing to the sustainable development of the society in which it carries out its activities.
