| Abstract: | Abstract: This research work entitled: Socio-legal study of lawyers in free professional practice. The Ecuadorian case, is part of an integrative project from which the students of the Law Titles, through the different investigations, we propose to generate quantitative data and qualitative analyzes that allow to know the socio-legal situation of lawyers in free exercise professional from Ecuador. The development of the thesis chapters, are structured by a theoretical framework; that seeks to develop the theory that is the basis of research, methodological design; that describes the methodology used, and the discussion of results and analysis; that consists of collecting and tabulating data to analyze and interpret. Its investigative contribution will allow to know a part of the current situation of the lawyers in free professional exercise in the social and economic area and also will allow to have an understanding of the Ecuadorian legal field from its academic formation until reaching the exercise of the profession and the culture and constitutional thinking of the lawyers of our country. |
| Description: | Resumen:El presente trabajo de investigación titulado: Estudio socio-jurídico de los abogados en libre ejercicio profesional. El caso ecuatoriano, es parte de un proyecto integrador a partir del cual los estudiantes de la Titulación de Derecho nos planteamos, a través de las diferentes investigaciones, generar datos cuantitativos y análisis cualitativos que permitan conocer la situación socio jurídica de los abogados en libre ejercicio profesional del Ecuador. Los desarrollos de los capítulos de tesis se encuentran estructurados por un marco teórico; que busca desarrollar la teoría que es la base de la investigación, el diseño metodológico; que describe la metodología utilizada, y la discusión de resultados y análisis; que consiste en la recolección y tabulación de datos para analizarlos e interpretarlos. Su aporte investigativo permitirá conocer una parte de la situación actual de los abogados en libre ejercicio profesional tanto en el ámbito social, económico y también permitirá tener una comprensión del campo jurídico ecuatoriano desde su formación académica hasta llegar al ejercicio de la profesión, la cultura y pensamiento constitucional que tienen los abogados de nuestro país. |
