Abstract

Abstract:The Union of Fact, has been a practice through human history, in the evolutionary process of the human being, when introduced as a philosophy the monogamy coexistence came to this type of unions, when society and communities were being organized and for generating a control gave way to what we call marriage, it is important to emphasize that the religious creeds were imposing the ceremonies and the registers, hands with the State, to take control of the sentimental unions between the people, so it is so that in some countries the ceremonial act and the registration of marriages is still delegated to some religions and in our majority there is a duality of marriage that has become known as civil and ecclesiastical. The Union of Fact in our country has generated a rebound, the National Institute of Statistics and Census -INEC- in 2013, determines that almost one million couples live in Union of Fact.
