Identificación de las tierras con aptitud agrícola en la parroquia Chuquiribamba, cantón Loja, con fines de ordenamiento territorial

Abstract

Abstract: The importance of land use, today is a subject of much debate and vital basis for decision making especially in the field of Land Management. The present work is carried out in Chuquiribamba Parish, Canton Loja. This parish is essential for the canton, since it is the main source of agricultural products for the Loja population. The main objective of the project is to identify the lands with agricultural aptitude in the parish, with the purpose of territorial ordering; through the use of a survey, the elaboration of two models (Saaty Model & MaxEnt Model) and a cross matrix to know the differences between both methodologies. In this way, the aim is to identify the minimum surface that has a high probability of carrying out agricultural activity. Finally, a comparison will be made with the geospatial information of capacity and current agricultural use of the parish to identify what percentage of the surface identified in the models, has a high, medium and low probability of carrying out agricultural activity.
