Necesidades de formación para docentes de bachillerato. Estudio realizado en el cantón Paute, provincia del Azuay, periodo lectivo 2017-2018

Abstract

Abstract: Faced with the current reality that teachers have and the constant changes in recent years, the question arises, ¿do teachers have training needs to respond to these changes? In order to answer this question this study has been conducted, which aims to collect data and find out the educational needs from High School teachers in the city of Paute year 2017 2018. In this project, the population to be investigated was: thirteen teachers, professionals with third and fourth level, with teaching service ranging from 5 to 25 years. The data was collected using the survey technique, which has been validated by the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja. Once the results were analyzed and interpreted, we concluded that in this High School exist various training needs. To sum up, the teachers have training needs, therefore an educational proposal was offered in order to help them to accomplished their goals and fulfill the Ministry of Education and the Ley Orgánica de Educación Intercultural requirements.
