Elaboración de un prototipo de una aplicación web y móvil para la gestión de reserva de canchas sintéticas de fútbol en el Ecuador

Abstract

This project is related to the "Prototype of a Web and Mobile Application for reserve management of synthetic soccer fields in Ecuador", the main objective is to improve the services of companies in an agile and timely manner, including the customer satisfaction due to reservation of courts in real time from anywhere, using a mobile-web device. To carry out the application began with the collection of information from the theoretical part related to this topic, in this way aspects or criteria of authors was made known, this gave way to contrast the ideas to present concepts or definitions, including the selection of technologies for the development of the same, several activities were carried out focused on the design of the application, acceptance tests were presented that are related to the results, analyzed the results of the functionality in which the heuristic model was used. The support of experts in the subject, being a total 84% of excellence and 16% acceptable, in the end the screenshots of the application for reservation management are presented.
