dc.description.abstract | The education system faces new challenges in the teaching-learning processes, students develop in more competitive and demanding environments, that is why it is urgent to meet the training needs according to their reality, since this context is born the present research called: "Management of the teaching-learning process in basic education of the educational institution November 18". In search of solving the following problem: ¿How do the teachers of the educational center "November 18" enhance the teaching-learning process, from planning?, in order to solve the research problem, it is proposed as a general objective: To evaluate the teaching performance in the ambit of the management of the teaching-learning process. The research has a qualitative-quantitative approach, the analyses are descriptive, the inductive-deductive and analytic-synthetic methods were applied, through the techniques of observation, statistics, survey and documentary analysis. Three evaluation tools were used to a population of ten teachers, it was established as the main conclusion that teachers plan their class in a general manner without taking into account the characteristics and needs of the students. | es_ES |
