Abstract: The main objective of the present investigation was the systematization of educational experiences in the teaching-learning process in the practices of initial education, using the observation in the teaching action, integrating the practice with the theory, facilitating the construction of new knowledge. Initially, a bibliographical research on the subject was carried out; determining findings about the concept and approach of systematization. According to the inference, we intend to obtain important assessments about this process and the analysis and interpretation of the knowledge findings in relation to the dynamics of the intervention context. Among the results found, we can highlight the systematization of the activities carried out, and the subsequent analysis process by the practitioner, where it was possible to highlight the successes and weaknesses, allowing in the course of the practice, to correct and improve certain activities made in the teaching-learning process. The study will connote the teaching experiences and their feedback, obtained from the teaching practice, which will facilitate the work of future teachers who begin their work in the praiseworthy work of education.
