Abstract

Abstract:The present work of investigation with the topic " tributary Culture of the professionals in free exercise of the province of Zamora Chinchipe, canton Zamora, parish Zamora, Year 2017 ", was realized by the aim to know the tributary culture in the parish of Zamora; In the investigation there was in use the methodology of exploratory character - descriptively and for his analysis it was considered to be three variables of study: the perception, knowledge and fulfillment, by means of the consultation of the database of the SRI, determined the subjects to be studied those who of a way at random were selected. There was applied a survey in which one determined that the degree of tributary culture is of average level, these results are reflected the dissent that the professionals feel in free exercise before the policies of the public expenditure in his execution, for what the zamoranos think that the public expenditure is not executed effectively.
