Abstract: The purpose of this work is the Design of an environmental management system for the Amazonía Viva project based on the ISO 14001: 2015 standard; for this purpose, the initial environmental review (RAI) was carried out, which included the collection of existing and available environmental information on environmental management practices, compliance with current environmental regulations and the degree of implementation and / or compliance with the reference standard for de side of the company. The analysis of the current environmental regulations allowed to identify the general policy instruments and environmental technical regulations related to the activities that the organization develops; from the checklist of implementation and / or compliance, it is evident that the organization complies 34% with the requirements of the standard, this is greatly promoted by the management of the Department of Occupational Health, Industrial Safety and Environmental Control that in its actions implement actions that correspond to the environmental management system and the management system of hygiene and safety at work.
Description: La finalidad de este trabajo es el Diseño de un sistema de gestión ambiental para el proyecto Amazonía Viva basado en la norma ISO 14001:2015; para el efecto se realizó la revisión ambiental inicial (RAI) que contempló recolección de la información ambiental existente y disponible sobre las prácticas de gestión ambiental, del cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental vigente y el grado de implementación y/o cumplimiento de la norma de referencia por parte de la Empresa. El análisis de la normativa ambiental vigente permitió identificar los instrumentos de política general y la normativa técnica ambiental relacionada con las actividades que la organización desarrolla; de la lista de verificación de la implementación y/o cumplimiento se evidencia que la organización cumple en un 34 % con los requisitos de la norma, esto fomentado en gran medida por la gestión del departamento de Salud Ocupacional, Seguridad Industrial y Control Ambiental que en su accionar implementa acciones que corresponden al sistema de gestión ambiental y al sistema de gestión de higiene y seguridad en el trabajo.
