Estudio de las sentencias sobre la acción extraordinaria de protección en el Ecuador

Abstract

he present Titration Work, has like objective the revision of one of the constitutional guarantees as it is the extraordinary action of protection. Reviewing their execution and application to the infringement of citizens' rights, either by action or omission of judges on decisions they make in specific cases. The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador within its constitutional framework guarantees the application of constitutional rights and the Constitutional Court is responsible for ensuring compliance with them. We will analyze the cases of three extraordinary protection action sentences that were submitted to the Constitutional Court, after a comprehensive reading and analysis, we will identify the constitutional rights that have been violated, the legal analysis that was made by the Judge and the resolution in law that the Constitutional Court takes, after its considerations. To understand what is the extraordinary action of protection we will see its content from its creation and the elements that compose it, likewise we will analyze its application in the legal and constitutional field.
