Abstract:Social responsibility must be present in all business activities, as they generate impacts due to their operation in the interest groups; for this reason, it is necessary to apply socially responsible actions that constitute a true contribution for society and the State, providing the corresponding legitimacy. The objective of this titling work is to contribute to a proposed implementation of socially responsible strategies in the administrative management for the Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios;Yo Prefiero;, located in the city of Ibarra, consisting of eleven people with the support of the tool of evaluation of the organizational management in the matter of social responsibility called "VEO Organizational Structural Assessment" conformed by five fundamental axes: human development, business and services, management and administration, equity, democracy and participation. The application and analysis of the VEO tool made it possible to identify the deficiencies in terms of social responsibility in the five axes; On the basis of this, the socially responsible management model adapted to the needs of the Association was designed to improve administrative management based on socially responsible practices for the programs or projects that are suggested.
