dc.description	Resumen:La presente investigación titulada Las Ventas Ambulantes en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Loja y la repercusión de su regulación jurídica, tiene por objetivo determinar la eficacia de la norma relativa a la prohibición de las ventas ambulantes en el cantón Loja. Esta investigación fue de carácter transversal, descriptivo y correlacional. Los métodos empleados fueron: inductivo deductivo y analítico sintético. Entre las técnicas utilizadas se encuentran: una encuesta de preguntas abiertas y cerradas, dirigidas a una muestra probabilística de comerciantes informales; y, una entrevista tanto a habitantes de la ciudad, como a vendedores formales y funcionarios a cargo de la administración del Mercado Centro Comercial de Loja y de la Dirección de Justicia y Policía Municipal del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Loja. Entre los principales resultados obtenidos, se logró determinar la ineficacia de la norma relativa a la prohibición de las ventas ambulantes en el cantón Loja, debido a que el factor socio-económico de los vendedores ambulantes, va más allá de lo establecido en dicha norma, lo cual conlleva la búsqueda de nuevas alternativas legales.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: The present investigation entitled "The Mobile Sales in the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Loja canton and the repercussion of its legal regulation", has as objective to determine the effectiveness of the norm regarding the prohibition of the traveling sales in the Loja canton. This investigation was cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational. The methods used were: inductive - deductive and analytical - synthetic. Among the techniques used are: a survey of open and closed questions, aimed at a probabilistic sample of informal traders; and, an interview both to city dwellers, as well as to formal salesmen and officials in charge of the administration of the Loja Shopping Center Market and of the Justice and Municipal Police Directorate of the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Loja Canton. Among the main results obtained, it was possible to determine the ineffectiveness of the norm regarding the prohibition of street sales in the canton of Loja, because the socio-economic factor of street vendors goes beyond what is established in said norm, which entails the search for new legal alternatives.	es_ES
