Evaluación de la madurez de la arquitectura de negocio de pequeña y mediana empresa (PYME) en el Ecuador y propuesta de modelo de gestión empresarial

Abstract

Abstract:The main purpose of the present titration work is to analyze the business architecture in the Municipal GAD of Huaquillas, delimiting the lines of business oriented to the client's service (the citizenship of Canton Huaquillas) and the operational functions that allow to know the current state of the GAD and In turn, the level of maturity that it has, and, in this way, also evaluate the evolution of the business architecture in the SMEs (Small and medium enterprises) of Ecuador. In order to obtain all the information of the Municipal GAD of Huaquillas, the reference framework TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) was used, which through its phases, methods such as ADM (Architecture Development Method) and maturity models such as the EAMM ( Enterprise Architecture Maturity Model) was able to evaluate the GAD, know the reality and current situation in terms of its management and customer service oriented processes, determined the chain of value of the same, and, proposed a referential architectural frame model that help the business growth of the GAD, to focus better on the objectives already established and that can achieve them as well as their proposed goals, in the same way this model framework will allow you to increase the level of maturity.
