Abstract

Abstract:Nowadays human mobility across political borders is a characteristic of social and cultural life in many countries, this migratory phenomenon is very complex that has been present since the beginning of humanity, that was moving to improve their living conditions. Ecuadorians have migrated to London where they work in the sectors of cleaning, hospitality, construction, etc. Only a minimal part of the work is a self-employer or manager positions and managerial professions, but with the passing of time and the growth needs of Ecuadorians, prepared to improve their living conditions. The main challenge facing immigrants when they arrive in the new host country is to find a job that can cover expenses such as housing and food, but some immigrants choose to start and create businesses in their new place of residence. Many of these Ecuadorian entrepreneurs have set up a shop of products originating in their region, typical food restaurants or service companies.
