Abstract

Abstract:Today, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a topic that generates great expectation in companies of all kinds, even more than in its business, directly involve the attention of interest groups with the intention of improving their living conditions. This is the case of the Mushuk Yuyay Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd. In the city of Cañar, which is a practice of this type. Executives and employees, to whom the ETHOS instrument is Applied to diagnose the level of knowledge and management of the economic, social and environmental axes. Methodologically, the descriptive, analytical, inductive and deductive methods are used. From the results achieved, it can be concluded that the Cooperative does have CSR practices, which are incipiently promoted by its leaders, but that do not have much to do in raising awareness of their employees, so that these actions are reflected the other interest groups and improve the positioning of the cooperative in the market.
