| dc.description | Resumen:El presente trabajo se inicia con la Revisión Ambiental Inicial (RAI) a los procesos de la Dirección de Gestión del Medio Ambiente del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal (GADM) del cantón Pedro Carbo; la evaluación de los requisitos legales y normas aplicables; junto con entrevistas y encuestas a los personeros para obtener información relevante. Todo ésto, para determinar los aspectos e impactos ambientales significativos. Se diseñó el Manual del SGA, con la información del RAI y bajo las directrices de la norma internacional ISO 14001:2015. Los resultados obtenidos es que, el GADM de Pedro Carbo, requiere de la adopción del SGA ISO 14001:2015, para cumplir la normativa ambiental nacional y mejorar la gestión ambiental de su Unidad Ambiental. Como conclusión se obtuvo que un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, basado en el estándar ISO 14001:2015, facilita a instituciones de control a ejercer sus funciones específicas en materia ambiental. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract:The present work begins with the Initial Environmental Review (RAI) to the processes of the Directorate of Environmental Management of the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government (GADM) of the Pedro Carbo canton; the evaluation of the legal requirements and applicable standards; along with interviews and surveys to the representatives to obtain relevant information. All this, to determine the significant environmental aspects and impacts. The SGA Manual was designed, with the information of the RAI and under the guidelines of the international standard ISO 14001: 2015. The results obtained are that, the GADM of Pedro Carbo, requires the adoption of the SGA ISO 14001: 2015, to comply with the national environmental regulations and improve the environmental management of its Environmental Unit. In conclusion, it was obtained that an Environmental Management System, based on the ISO 14001: 2015 standard, facilitates control institutions to exercise their specific functions in environmental matters. | es_ES |
